LEVEL 1 POLE DANCING

Here’s where you start if you are an absolute beginner to Pole for fitness! Don’t stress if you think that you’re not strong enough to do Pole or you have no dance background, etc. There are no prerequisites at all to get started and we will help you get strong, flexible and become an awesome dancing diva over the 8 weeks of the course. So much fun that you won’t even realise you are exercising!

When: Tuesdays at 6pm & 8pm starting April 9th & Thursdays at 8pm starting April 11th

BEGINNERS AERIAL HOOPS

Hoops is probably the easiest out of all of our apparatuses to learn if you are an absolute beginner to aerials. In week one we will easily be able to get you up in the air and filling your phone up with all your awesome new skills. Don’t stress if you feel like you have no upper body strength, this is exactly what we work on with you every week until eventually you have those defined arms and back muscles that help you conquer the upside down world of aerials in a breeze!

When: Tuesdays at 5pm starting April 9th

POLE FLOW

Come get your dance fix and your cardio on! We teach a different routine every second week on Wednesdays and every week on Tuesdays so you can choose your class depending on how much you want to perfect the chorey. This class is suitable for all levels including about beginners as we have variations of the routines to suit what you are comfortable with doing. Even if you think you have 2 left feet, you’ll still love getting your sweat pouring and learning how to twist, turn, spin and hair flick your way around the Pole and floor!

When: Tuesdays at 6pm starting April 9th & Wednesdays at 7pm starting April 10th

STRETCH & FLEX

Show your sore muscles some love with our Stretch & Flex classes where you can kick your shoes off and enjoy the benefits of a good old stretch sesh! Improve your flexibility, posture, circulation and mood with a series of stretches that help you reach your flex goals as well as improve your general all over health. Suitable for all levels of flexibility from those who already have flat splits to those who can’t touch their toes yet and everyone in between!

When: Tuesdays at 8pm starting April 9th and Wednesdays at 7pm starting April 10th

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga is like a perfect mash up of Silks and Stretch & Flex. Use your hammock to create incredible flexibility by utilising anti gravity and pressure point stretching techniques. Each student has their own personal hammock to be able to relax, unwind and get super deep into your flexibility potential. We also work on building your balance and strength in every class and there’s always a fun trick to attempt at the end plus some time for floating in peace in your hammock before class is over.

When: Tuesdays at 5pm starting April 9th and Thursdays at 6pm starting April 11th

BOOTY CAMP

For those of you who like to sweat and walk away from your work out feeling the burn, Booty Camp is the full body workout for you! We use a mixture of different equipment (including our aerial apparatuses) to help you build a booty, strengthen your arms, bring out your abs and tighten up your legs. The work out is different every week so you’ll never get bored with doing the same thing on repeat and we mix it all up with some super motivating tunes to keep you going!

When: Thursdays at 7pm starting April 11th

CHAIR FLOW

Chair Flow is a fantastic way to dance your little heart out and slowly build your strength and flexibility at the same time. There’s a different routine to learn every week and all of them are suitable for absolute beginners and above. Each routine mixes some sassy, sexy beats with super hot chorey and some flashy tricks that prove that you can do way more with a chair than just sit on it!

When: Wednesdays at 8pm starting April 10th and Saturdays at 10am starting April 13th

EXOTIC

Exotic is our only dance class that involves no apparatuses at all! It’s all about bringing out your inner goddess to come out and play once a week to some super sexy tunes and very hot dance moves. Learn how to love yourself sick through the art of dance and that much needed weekly self esteem boost that helps remind you just how much of a gorgeous human you really are! Don’t worry, this isn’t one of those classes where we all get naked and cry, it’s just learning a different sexy routine every 2 weeks in whatever attire makes you feel comfortable and confident!

When: Wednesdays at 8pm starting April 10th

LYRA FLOW

Lyra Flow is for those of you who want to spend more time piecing together your tricks on the Hoop with chorey and music. Learn a different routine every second week and really get the chance to perfect your technique in combinations and transitions with low, standard and high hung Hoops. This class is suitable for anyone above a Beginners level of Hoop training and is a great way to get your weekly cardio in aswell as build strength, stamina and co ordination.

When: Thursdays at 8pm starting April 11th
