We Are Baaacccckkkk!!!

Incase you haven’t heard, we are so super dooper pumped to announce that we are coming back and reopening the doors on MONDAY NOV 16TH!!

What a long 8 months it has been! Have you missed us just as much as we have missed you? Well it’s time to dust off your pole heels, find those leg warmers in the bottom of your drawers and panic buy some Dry Hands because we are officially back in business on November 16th. O.M.G!!

Join us for 5 weeks of our Freedom Timetable where you can start to regain your aerial muscles, stretch out your iso limbs and rediscover your love for all things Pole Fanatics. We can’t wait to see our old friends again but are also very much so looking forward to meeting some new faces so if you are wanting to join us for the first time ever, check out the details of some beginners and open level casual classes we’ll be running below-


Despite what you think, you don’t need to be strong or flexible to start Pole Dancing for fitness! That’s exactly why you come to class, so we can do what we do best and make you super strong and flexi! Just bring your shorts, water and sense of adventure and we will help turn you from struggling to do a pull up to spinning around one handed and hanging upside down in just 8 weeks time.

When: Mondays at 6pm starting November 16th (Rowville)

Wednesdays at 8pm starting November 18th (Rowville)  

How Much: $100 for a 5 week course




If you’ve ever been to Cirque De Solei or a Pink concert, you will have dreamed about flying high above the crowds on a set of aerial Silks! It’s not easy but it certainly is alot of fun and don’t stress, we won’t be expecting you to hold your body weight 7 metres high off the ground attached to 2 pieces of Silk straight off the bat. Our beginners courses start low to the floor and we work on building up your muscles and staple skills to gradually get you higher and higher!

When: Mondays at 6pm starting Nov 16th (Rowville)

How Much: $100 for a 5 week course




We often get asked which apparatus is the best one to start your aerial journey with and although it obviously depends on lots of different things, Aerial Hoops is probably the easiest! It might look scary since you’re up in the air pretty much straight away but we start with the Hoops being quite low and our instructors are super helpful in guiding you up there safely until we feel confident on your own. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll never want to come down to the ground again! Aerial Hoops is an obsession, you have been warned!

WHEN: Thursdays at 7pm starting Nov 19th (Rowville)

How Much: $100 for a 5 week course




Love to dance? So do we! Join us for your weekly dance fix while we take you through a different mini routine every week to get your heart rate going, sweat pouring and stresses all but forgotten about. Both classes are all about that Russian Exotic style to make you feel ultra sexy and some fancy pants tricks suitable for all levels on the Pole, Chair and floor. Please note that Pole Flow is on the Pole so you will need one at home to join us online but Chair & Heels Flow doesn’t require any apparatus other than a chair. Time to get your groove on and improve your cardio fitness and heart health!

When: CHAIR & HEELS FLOW- Mondays at 8pm starting Nov 16th (Rowville & Online)

POLE FLOW- Tuesdays at 7pm starting Nov 17th (Rowville & Online)

POLE FLOW- Wednesdays at 6pm starting Nov 18th (Rowville)

If you dream of getting your splits flat or your back bendier, this is the class for you! We focus our classes on all the important elements of flex that you need for aerials so you can look amazing performing your tricks and also be super safe up on your apparatus. It’s also a great way to unwind, destress and prevent or help heal injuries by keeping your bloody pumping, muscles long and joints mobile.

When: Mondays at 6pm starting Nov 16th (Rowville & Online)

Wednesdays at 7pm starting Nov 18th (Only Available Online)

Not quite ready for aerials but still want to start getting rid of that Lock Down body? A bit worried about how you’ll go getting back on the Pole or Silks after 8 months off? Summer Pump is all about making friends with your muscles again so can bring those bootys and biceps back in time for the Christmas Holidays. Completely beginner friendly and totally fine to join in no matter how weak you think you might be! After all, isn’t that what we are here for to get stronger and have some fun while we are at it? No aerials are involved, it is just all body and medium to light weight work mixed in with a bit of cardio so drop the excuses and let’s start getting pumped!

When: ABS & BUTTS- Mondays at 7pm starting Nov 16th (Rowville & Online)

SUMMER PUMP-Thursdays at 7pm starting Nov 19th (Rowville)
