Lock Down #5 Online Classes

Wow that didn’t take very long! Just 4 short weeks and here we are back in Lock Down again! Victoria is certainly the place to be isn’t it? Lol :p 

Well whilst we are here, you may aswell pass the time with some of our awesome Online Classes via Zoom. All classes are just $10 for an hour of at home fitness and fun so come on, get off the couch, turn off whatever you’re binge watching and let’s get moving! But feel free to keep the wine on hand. Staying hydrated while exercising is essential afterall!

 

 

MONDAY JULY 26TH

STRETCH & FLEX with Cassie @ 6pm

Enjoy some you time with a fantastic all over body stretch to kick off your new week in isolation. If the lock down weekend saw you mostly enjoying the comforts of your bed and couch, come lengthen out your legs, loosen up your shoulders and limber up your back muscles so you can get closer to your flexy goals or just enjoy the benefits of not having tight, lazy muscles.

HEELS & CHAIR FLOW with Virginia @ 7pm

Clear some space in your lounge room and dust off your dining room chairs for this super fun cardio based class! Doesn’t matter if you think you’re not the best dancer ever, you can simply switch your camera off and have a great time dancing as though no one is watching. Heels are not essential, all you need is a chair, bottle of water and some sexy vibes to join in!

TUESDAY JULY 27TH

 

SUB 30 SORE with Virginia @ 6pm

A quick half hour, full ab focused class where you can really work your tummy muscles and get that six pack popping! We go through a collection of core exercises and mix and match them to some funky beats in an interval style class that will be sure to work off whatever you’ve indulged in over the lock down weekend!

BOOTY CAMP with Kelly @ 6:30pm

Wake up your biceps, core and booty muscles with this awesome all over body workout class! You can use any weights or booty bands you have at home to compliment your session but all exercises can be done using nothing but body weight. Give your body the burn it needs after being stuck at home and make sure you don’t lose any of your strength that you’ve gained so far this year!!

WEDNESDAY JULY 28TH

POLE COMBINATION with Cassie @ 7pm

If you’re missing being upside down and you’re lucky enough to have a Pole at home, you can get your aerial fix with Pole Combination. Learn a combination of between 4-6 skills on the Pole linked together to music with fun new ways to get in and out of tricks and fresh twists on old spins.

It is an Intermediate level class but there will be alternatives for easier/harder options for those of you who need them!

SATURDAY JULY 24TH

MORNING STRETCH SESH with Cassie @ 10am

Let’s kick off our second weekend in lock down the right way and get your body moving, your muscles stretched out and maybe even work up a bit of a sweat! This one hour class focuses on a particular type of flexibility (e.g., straddles, bridges, leg mounts) and mixes in both stretching and active flex strengthening exercises to wake you up and help you get closer to all your flexy aerial moves.
