Lock Down #6 Online Classes

Well whilst we are here, you may as well pass the time with some of our awesome Online Classes via Zoom. All classes are just $10 for an hour of at home fitness and fun so come on, get off the couch, turn off whatever you’re binge watching and let’s get moving! But feel free to keep the wine on hand. Staying hydrated while exercising is essential after all!

 

 

 

MONDAY OCTOBER 18TH

STRETCH & FLEX with Cassie @ 6pm

If you’ve got big dreams of getting a flat split, touching down in your middle split or getting your bridge to look less like a table, Stretch & Flex will help you start to tick off those goals.

This class is a bit more on the stretch intensive side but you still don’t have to already be flexible to join in, you just need to be prepared for some sweating and hard work to get the exciting pay off at the end of class!

DANCE FIT with Laura @ 7pm

Clear some space at home and turn your lounge room into a dance floor with Laura! Learn a mini routine with zero equipment required to sweat your way into a new week and get your cardio fitness up and running again!

No previous dance experience is needed and you can turn your camera off if you want that authentic “dance like no one is watching” experience!

TUESDAY OCTOBER 19TH

BEGINNERS STRETCH with Cassie @ 5:30pm

Finally a stretch class for those who consider themselves to be not the least bit flexible at all! If you can hardly touch your toes or sit in a straddle without bending your knees, this the right place to get started on your stretching journey.

Even if you don’t have flexy goals, if you just feel like you need to get out some creaks, relieve those tired muscles and rejuvenate a little, stretching is a fantastic low impact way to get that body moving again!

BOOTY CAMP with Kelly @ 6:30pm

Wake up your biceps, core and booty muscles with this awesome all over body workout class! You can use any weights or booty bands you have at home to compliment your session but all exercises can be done using nothing but body weight. Give your body the burn it needs after being stuck at home and make sure you don’t lose any of your strength that you’ve gained so far this year!!

WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 20TH

POLE BASICS with Cassie @ 6pm

If you are lucky enough to have a Pole at home but you don’t really know what to do with it, this is the class for you! In Pole Basics we’ll be going over all the tricks, spins and staple moves from beginner level courses and putting them into mini routines.

We’ll also spend time on preparing you for higher level stuff so you’ll be ready when the time comes to learn them!

POLE COMBINATION with Cassie @ 7pm

This trick based Pole class is aimed at high level Intermediate to low level Advanced students who don’t want to lose all their Pole strength and skills during Lock Down!

Each week we learn a brand new mini combination that brings back old favourites, breaks down the really tricky stuff, shows you new ways to get in and out of skills and introduces brand new poses that are safe enough to try at home. All combinations have alternatives that are harder and easier if you need them and it doesn’t matter if you don’t get anything the first time you try it as it will give you something to do in Lock Down trying it again in your own time!

SUNDAY OCTOBER 23RD

MORNING STRETCH SESH with Cassie @ 10am

Let’s get your body moving, your muscles stretched out and work up a bit of a sweat! This one hour class focuses on a particular type of flexibility (e.g., straddles, bridges, leg mounts) and mixes in both stretching and active flex strengthening exercises to wake you up and help you get closer to all your flexy aerial moves.
