Mini Open Day January 6th

If you’ve always wanted to try a class with us, now is the perfect time to finally do it! We’re celebrating the start of a brand new year under our brand new name with a FREE MINI OPEN DAY on SATURDAY JANUARY 6TH!

All you need to do to book in is send us an email, text message or give us a call to secure your spot and then you’ll be in to come have some fun and try out something totally new for the new year!

 

** BEGINNERS POLE DANCING **

HOW MUCH: FREE

Pole is an amazing all over body work out that helps you get stronger, fitter, more flexible and the best part is that it’s so fun you don’t even realise you’re exercising! In this free taster class you’ll get to learn some very basic spins and tricks and put them together in a little routine.
This is designed for the absolute beginner to Pole so don’t stress at all if you think you have no strength, you can’t dance or you just generally have no idea what you’re doing. That’s what we’re here for to help you with!

** SPIN BIKE **

WHEN: Saturday January 6th @ 10:30am

HOW MUCH: FREE

If cardio and a great looking booty is your thing, our 30 minute Spin Bike class is the perfect work out for you! Mix up some interval based spinning to awesome tunes with some arm toning exercises and you’ve got yourself an all over workout that’s good for your heart, body and soul!

** CHAIR FLOW **

HOW MUCH: FREE

Love to dance? Discover a new way of dancing that’s both great cardio and amazing to build strength! This Chair Flow taster class is for beginners to chair so don’t stress if you’ve never tried to get upside down on a chair before. We’ll be teaching you a little mini routine with intro tricks and some super sexy moves!

** BEGINNERS AERIAL HOOPS **

WHEN: Saturday January 6th @ 11:30am

HOW MUCH: FREE

If getting airborne is your thing, you can fly high in our Beginners Aerial Hoops taster class! This class is designed for absolute beginners but we still guarantee we will get everyone’s feet off the floor and up inside the Hoop for some super cute photos. Discover muscles you didn’t know you have and have a great time working out those arms with some intro tricks and spins on the Hoop!
