New Beginners Courses Starting in FEBRUARY

If you just got back from your Summer holidays and are wanting to get your 2020 fitness goals underway, our brand new Mid Term Courses are here just on time! Don’t wait until Term 2 kicks off in March, there is no better day than today to start a new adventure!!


Despite what you think, you don’t need to be strong or flexible to start Pole Dancing for fitness! That’s exactly why you come to class, so we can do what we do best and make you super strong and flexi! Just bring your shorts, water and sense of adventure and we will help turn you from struggling to do a pull up to spinning around one handed and hanging upside down in just 8 weeks time.

When: Mondays at 8pm starting Feb 3rd (Rowville)

Mondays at 6pm starting Feb 3rd (Collingwood)  **Fully Booked**

How Much: $190 for an 8 week course




If you’ve ever been to Cirque De Solei or a Pink concert, you will have dreamed about flying high above the crowds on a set of aerial Silks! It’s not easy but it certainly is alot of fun and don’t stress, we won’t be expecting you to hold your body weight 7 metres high off the ground attached to 2 pieces of Silk straight off the bat. Our beginners courses start low to the floor and we work on building up your muscles and staple skills to gradually get you higher and higher!

When: Wednesdays at 8pm starting Feb 5th (Rowville)

How Much: $220 for an 8 week course




POLE FLOW   ***On Special***

Love to dance? So do we! Join us for your weekly dance fix while we take you through a different mini routine on the pole and floor every week to get your heart rate going, sweat pouring and stresses all but forgotten about. Time to get your groove on and improve your cardio fitness and heart health!

When: Tuesdays at 8pm starting as of Feb 4th (Collingwood)

Wednesdays at 6pm starting as of Feb 5th (Rowville)

How Much: $50 for a 4 week course


STRETCH & FLEX    ***On Special***

If you dream of getting your splits flat or your back bendier, this is the class for you! We focus our classes on all the important elements of flex that you need for aerials so you can look amazing performing your tricks and also be super safe up on your apparatus. It’s also a great way to unwind, destress and prevent or help heal injuries by keeping your bloody pumping, muscles long and joints mobile.

When: Mondays at 6pm starting Feb 10th (Collingwood & Rowville)

Wednesdays at 7pm starting Feb 5th (Rowville)

How Much: $50 for a 4 week course
