New Beginners Courses Starting in June

If you think you’ve missed out on your chance to join us for some aerial fun and fitness this term, don’t stress! We have our Mid Term courses just around the corner so it’s the perfect time to start a new fitness adventure and stay warm this Winter season!!

BEGINNERS POLE DANCING

Despite what you think, you don’t need to be strong to start Pole Dancing for fitness! That’s exactly why you come to class, so we can do what we do best and make you super strong! Just bring your shorts, water and sense of adventure and we will help turn you from struggling to do a pull up to spinning around one handed and hanging upside down in just 8 weeks time.

When: Wednesdays at 6pm starting as of June 5th (Rowville)

Mondays at 7pm starting as of June 17th (Collingwood)

How Much: $190 for an 8 week course

 

BEGINNERS AERIAL SILKS

If you’re looking for a work out for your brain aswell as your body, Silks will get your mind ticking and your muscles moving! Learn how to wrap yourself into beautiful shapes and keep yourself suspended in mid air through a series of brain teaser set ups that fuels both your mental and physical health!

When: Tuesdays at 8pm starting as of June 4th (Collingwood)

Thursdays at 7pm starting as of June 6th (Rowville)

How Much: $220 for an 8 week course

 

BEGINNERS AERIAL HOOPS

Probably the easiest of all the aerial appartuses to learn, Hoops will take your fitness to new heights! All of our Beginners 1 courses have a low hanging Hoop so you can start to make your way up there almost straight away and don’t worry, it won’t take long for your fear to subside and your new love affair of aerials to emerge!

When: Wednesdays at 6pm starting as of June 5th (Collingwood)

How Much: $220 for an 8 week course

 

POLE FLOW

Love to dance? So do we! Join us for your weekly dance fix while we take you through a different mini routine on the pole and floor every week to get your heart rate going, sweat pouring and stresses all but forgotten about. Time to get your groove on and keep that body bikini ready for your Winter vacation!

When: Tuesdays at 7pm starting as of June 4th (Rowville)

Thursdays at 6pm starting as of June 6th (Collingwood)

How Much: $50 for a 4 week course

 

STRETCH & FLEX

If you dream of getting your splits flat or your back bendier, this is the class for you! We focus our classes on all the important elements of flex that you need for aerials so you can look amazing performing your tricks and also be super safe up on your apparatus. It’s also a great way to unwind, destress and prevent or help heal injuries by keeping your bloody pumping, muscles long and joints mobile.

When: Wednesdays at 7pm starting as of June 5th (Collingwood)

Mondays at 7pm starting as of June 17th (Rowville & Collingwood)

Mondays at 8pm starting as of June 17th (Rowville)

How Much: $50 for a 4 week course
